Incoming Mail Handler not working?


we can't seem to make the Mail Handler work. When we run the test on the POP Mail Server we get the message: "The connection was successful" - but when we run the test on the actual Mail Handler we get the message: "The test failed". And under "more information" it's completely blank.

When we create an issue - this is what we get;

>An error was encountered whilst handling messages from the mail server

>"POP Mail Server" using the handler "class



>The error was:


>"Forwarding email with bulk delivery type."



>The error and the email that caused the error are attached to this email.

>administrator to check the parameters of your mail fetching service:





>This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA


Any ideas?

This widget could not be displayed.

It looks like the mail server you are connected to is not correctly configured. Could you check ALL the configuration of the incoming mail service?
