I am receiving the error message "Internal Server Error" when I try to reopen my sprint. Please help!

As you have a Cloud instance, could you kindly raise a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com (OnDemand project) where our engineers can have a better troubleshooting of this issue looking through the log files?
