When using the Folio plugin for JIRA one can allocate team members to a Folio and also assign allocation % to them (https://greffon.atlassian.net/wiki/display/F62/Team+Member+Operations#TeamMemberOperations-ADD). But where can I see an overview from the perspective of a team member - in how many Folios is this team member participating and weather the total allocation over Folios does not exceed 100%?
Cheers,
Heily
Hi Heily,
You get this type of information at the Portfolio level, under the Team tab. This is where you can click on a team member and see the list of Folios and his or her allocation percentages on each of them in the details panel on the right (under the Wages section). A good way to visualize allocations is to switch to the timeline view (see image below) using the toggle button (image2014-9-12 2:52:27.png) located at the top of the team members list. There you see highlighted in red the periods of time when allocations over the Portfolio's projects sum up to more than 100%. Of course, if you want to have the total of allocations of a member for all projects he's assigned to, then it implies that the Portfolio includes all of these projects.
