I set up 10 JIRA accounts. I put 5 members into a Group called Client Services. How can I set up the permissions so the members of the new group can see only the issues submitted for their group?

As well as what Aron said, you need to REMOVE "browse projects" from any other groups those users are in, or any other way that they might be getting access to them.

Generally, to do "only see project X", you need to re-engineer the default groups and permissions in Jira, because it's permissive and simply doesn't do these sort of restrictions. You have to tear it down and rebuild it from a restrictive angle.

Set up a Permission Scheme that includes the "Browse Projects" permission to only group(Client Services) and then associate that Permission Scheme with the project that is controlled by that group.
