We have got a strange issue with one of our user's filter.
The user saves the filter with specific set of columns and share the filter with his team, however, after few days the filters columns get reset automatically and onlt three columns are shown.
Any Idea why this is hapenning. This is reported by only one user.
Thanks
I heard from a user this morning the the problem comes and goes for her. Very strange.
I think this bug is still hiding somewhere. Just received a similar issue from one of our user.
We are using jira 5.2.10 currently.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm have the same issue with a filter savedby the user. I know you brought this up a couple of years ago, but I was wondering if you ever got it resolved. Thanks.

No, it remained mystery, as even Atlassian was unable to replicate the issue. As a workaround, user created new filters and deleted the old ones.
Also, we have upgraded to 5.2.10 and haven't heard back from user regarding this issue.
