Cannot import Confluence 4.2 DOC space

Hello!

I need to import the Confluence 4.2 DOC space XML export to our site and am failing, leaving the imported space in a broken state. I need to remove it with command line interface tools.

I even set all user plugins to safe mode - same situation.

We run Confluence 4.2.12 on Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit standalone. Before we had it under Windows, same Confluence version, and import went well.

In a first moment I would suggest you to check the steps to import a space into Confluence by the following article:

If you still experience the problem, then please raise a support ticket at our support.atlassian.com and attach your atlassian-confluence.log for a review, so we can better investigate to see what can be the problem.
