Hi Randhir,

Are you looking at importing issues from another issue tracker? Or upload issues from a csv file?

Take a look at

and

The steps for uploading a lot of issues are in the links Udo gave. Anything we can tell you would be a cut-down version of that. I suggest you try it, and ask us if you get stuck, as specific "I got to this part and I don't understand why X happens" questions.

I saw the links . However i am not very clear how to do it.. I have defined a workflow for one project. Now i can create issues one by one. But i dont want to do. I want do it one time . Can you please tell me in steps what i should do so that i can create many issues at a time which will save my time. I mean any featue is available which would ask me details one time for all issues and i can submit and it will be loaded in jira under that particular project and issuetype..??

Well I can't describe it better as it is described in the provided links. If you struggle at a certain point feel free to ask again.

you could use the csv importer, details can be found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Importing+Data+from+CSV

or import from JSON, details here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=293830712
