I have copied a Jira instance, as I found this was the quickest way to get every last bit of configuration across.
I am now trying to apply my new 10-user license to this instance. I discovered to my surprise that the copied instance continuous to use the same licensing key. In spite of a lot of searching, all I found was this page:

I followed the instructions and tried to generate a license key, but I get the message
Invalid Server ID - Please try copying and pasting the Server ID directly from the product.
How do I proceed?
