Any way to display Jira dashboard gadgets based on project role, etc.

Given that a single Jira user likely plays more than one role, it would be very helpful if it were possible to configure a dashboard gadget to display based on project role, or other appropriate attribute.

Obviously I can create a new dashboard for users that function in a specific role and direct them to use that, but, given our users already rely on the provided 'My Tasks' dashboard, it would be ideal if I could add gadgets that only display if they play an appropriate role on a project (for example).

While I can do that now, it means that for users that don't play that role, they will always see the gadget with no results.
