Account no longer shows more then the dashboard

Hello,

JIRA was working fine for a couple weeks but now after login, only the "Welcome to Jira" page is displayed. No further access is provided nor links to items.

.....atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Password has been reset and tested on multiple platforms and browsers (Mac/PC - Firefox, IE, Chrome)

It seems the user account is no longer linked to project items?

Anyone have a similar issue and know the resolution?

Hello,

This problem was related to the Admin not giving login priveledges. This has now been resolved.

Steve, I can see that you're running an OnDemand instance (due to the ".atlassian.net"), right? May I ask you to please raise a support ticket at support.atlassian.com so that we can further investigate what's happening?

I also backed out and went to the support link from the profile page which rendered a too large error based on the generated id string.

Trying the link you provided produced this error upon using the green button asking to enter the support area:
