Unable to create personal space

Hi, as a newbie of the company, I am trying to create my personal space on confluence but there is no function of creating personal space on my account.

Here's the status.

There is no button for creating personal space on the profile button.

and sorry for the language, but [Spaces] - [My Space] shows "We cannot find the space"

Please check with your system administrator whether you have permission to create a personal space.
