Showing automatically to a user only pages in a specific state

Dear all is the first time I ask something and my question may seam dummy for expert people.

How can I set confluence in order to show only pages in a specific state (defined by a Komalatech workflow plugin), for a specific user. I'm writing online documentation for our company product. Some pages I publish straight, whether only for specific pages I want to dispatch them to a reproofreader. I wish that, when the proofreader accesses the system through the proofreader -defined user, it will show only the page to him assigned in the special state "To be reviewed". I want it be automatic at proofreader login, without need he/she have to set a filter.

It is possible set something so for a user?

Thanks in advance for you help and support.

Kind regards
