How to include the sub-heading of child pages in default table of content Edited

When I export space to pdf, it comes up with the default table of content in the first page. Is it possible to include the sub-headings from each child page to this default table of content.  CIVICRM-180917-0840-238_pdf__page_2_of_53_.pngI would like sub-headings to show up in the table of content above, something like:

1.1 Introduction

  1. xxxx
    1. xxxx
    2. xxxx

1.2 How to log in to CiviCRM

  1. xxxx
    1. xxxx
    2. xxxx

Is this possible?

I've also tried Children display macro in the parent page (CiviCRM Training manual), check Show Descendants option, set Depth of Descendants but it still shows up only the page title without any sub-headings.

Please advise. Thank you.
