slack command /genie failed with the error "dispatch_failed"

All of our slack command failed with

> /genie failed with the error "dispatch_failed"

And I already try to reinstall the slack integration app but nothing change.

Is your Opsgenie an EU instance? If using the Opsgenie EU instance, please use /eugenie connect command instead.

Hi, we have US instance I believe.

And above command work before.

Does one of your Slack integration have the "Execute Commands" box checked?

ah yes, I think it was the case but cannot confirm because I decided to deleted old integration and replace with new one.
