how to get verified??

I signed for a 14 day trial, but cannot test voice and SMS on my phone because in the settings page for this it says I am not verified.

I can't find a way how to get verified and I didn't get any email "Verify your identity"

Hey Vítězslav, Alan from the Opsgenie Support team here.

Do you mean that your SMS/Voice contact options appear as "Unverified" in the notification tab?

If so, you should be able to click the circle icon with the arrow to "Send confirmation code", which will allow you to verify that number:

After this is done, you should be able to use those contact methods.
