I am trying to setup a rotation for my team.

(24hr) Monday 10am to Tuesday 10am
(48hr) Tuesday 10am to Thursday 10am
(24hr) Thursday 10am to Friday 10am
(72hr) Friday 10am to Monday 10am

I setup three rotations

Rotation 1: (24) M2T, R2F
Rotation 2: (48) T2R
Rotation 3: (72) F2M

first problem is that after the 1st instance of the 48hr rotation Tuesday 10am to Thursday 10am, each following one is split into 24hr shifts

Second is same for the 72hr rotation but it splits to 48hr and a 24hr on Sunday to Monday.

it is a little googfy but when you have four ppl on 7day rotation it sort of makes sense.

I'm from the Opsgenie support team and here to help! :) 

I replicated the same setup in my test lab, however, I'm not seeing the second instance being split into a 48-hour and 24-hour shift.

While configuring this rostering, I ensured that I'm using different users for all 3 rotations so as to not have the same resource split into repetitive shifts.

May I ask if you're using the same kind of setup on your end?

So after speaking with my manager we want to do 2x rotation

24hr 10am to the next say 10am for monday through friday

72hr 10am friday to 10am monday

we have 9x people on our rotation

I need to use the same people on my rotation
