time to resolution is exactly displaying the settings I have done, but why the other field is showing me 2 months (even if the ticket was created 5 days ago)?
There is a way to show the exact months and weeks that are still remaining?
Please describe the exact steps to show both month and weeks remaining or weeks plus days remaining.

You can set the display format following this kb
There are two formats
This format displays the relative time and date, or the exact date for completed, or breached SLAs. For example, due tomorrow at 10:30 AM.
This format displays hours left on the clock. For example, time to resolution within 8h 30m.
