I understand that Opsgenie can integrate with ServiceNow, Nagios and Dynatrace via a connector APIs.

All 3 application will send confidential data that need to be secured/encrypted in transit and at rest.

Does Opsgenie standard service provide TLS encryption for them?

Do we need to implement Atlassian Edge Encryption?

Hi @Ahmed Refaat ,

Welcome to the community.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ with forward secrecy. Servers holding user data will use full disk, industry-standard AES 256 encryption.
