New Jira Service Management Integration API support

Hello,

At my workplace, we've been using the legacy Jira Service desk integrations with OpsGenie. We were very excited to see the improvements in the integration capabilities but ultimately, we need to be able to create these integrations in-bulk, via REST APIs.

I attempted to use the Integrations API, as documented here, but when trying to get specific integration details for a new integration, the API responds with the following:

{
    "message": "Integration type [jira-service-management-cloud] is not supported.",
    "took": 0.097,
    "requestId": "c1be8b53-a50c-4c28-abff-1647c1cb3080"
}
To clarify, if using the Integration ID from any other type of integration, things work as expected.

So the question is:
When can we expect full REST API support for Integrations of type jira-service-management-cloud? Or, is there another way to achieve this with the new integrations via automation, rather than using the web interface?

Hi @owen.klan ,

This is Darryl. I am here to help. 😃

Understand that you would like to create the new Jira Service Management cloud integration in batch via Opsgenie API.

Unfortunately, this is not feasible in the current design as there is no endpoint handling this kind of request.

Please vote and set yourself as a Watcher on the feature request ticket, OPSGENIE-167, to receive the latest updates.

Thank you very much for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us to improve Opsgenie.

Kind regards,
