We have different teams and sometimes these teams are in the same group in Opsgenie due to the shared rotation schedule we have, but there are critical alerts we need help from other person who is not on call to solve. I wonder if it is possible to notify this other person using the app to use the features like critical alerts/calls/sms/email etc.
