Import roster rotation

Hi Opsgenie,

We have a complicated roster rotation (5 week cycle) with various back-up combinations that needs to be managed outside of Opsgenie. Is it possible to import a spreadsheet or file of another kind to update the rotation in Opsgenie? or to create an API to pull the latest rotation from a file on demand?

Hi @James Fuller -

There currently isn't a feature in Opsgenie that imports rotations/schedules via CSV/Excel spreadsheets. This is a common request, so we do have a feature request regarding this. For now, our developers decided to not go forward with this enhancement.

We have APIs that you can use to create a schedule or a rotation, but there isn't an API that pulls the most recent rotation from a file.
