I am hoping to figure out how to solve an issue I am having. See below:
- Whole entire team is added as a responder, everyone gets notified.
- One person acknowledges the alert
- Now everyone gets notified when any new action (Adding a note, or closing a ticket) has taken place.
Is there anyway to not notify EVERYONE that was first notified? I would like to set it up where once the alert is acknowledged, it suppresses any further alert to the initial team.

Yes, this is happening because, the team members have active notification rules for the below categories:
> Closed Alert
> Add Note
You can remove these notification rules for other team members by navigating to Settings > Notifications > Notification rules and editing/deleting the corresponding rules as required.
