Gitlab deployments or pipeline alerts not created in Opsgenie

¡Hi community! I'm testing the GitLab integration with Opsgenie. Alerts for push events are working, but alerts are not created for pipeline/deployment events.

In GitLab, I can see that the webhooks are triggered correctly.

But in Opsgenie logs, I see this error meesage: Generated alias is blank

Any idea on how to troubleshoot or fix this issue?

I implemented this workaround.

• In Opsgenie, add email-integration.
• In Jira Software, create a new Automation rule
  • Trigger: Pull request created
  • Action: Send Email
  • To: opsgenie@email.address
  • Subject: Merge Request created: {{issue.key}} {{issue.summary}} 
  • Content: {{pullRequest.url}}
