I'm looking at setting up single sign-on with Azure AD. What happens to our current user accounts? Can they by mapped/synced with their AD account? Is this automatic?

Your current Opsgnie user accounts would still work, and If the email address in Opsgenie matches the one in Azure AD, the user will be mapped/synced automatically.
