Can we integrate it with LogRhythm and Imperva using API or Email?

We are evaluating opsgenie for our business requirement.

Can we integrate this to  LogRhythm and Imperva for active monitoring of alarms generated from these platforms?

Of course, you can do via email. 

Regarding REST api, here need to deeply investigate webhook or pushing functionality from source systems .
