I would like to store PRs location as text field for story,bug,task,subtask. How to add custom field which is common for all issue type?

By default, a new custom field created is Global for all issue types. All matters is what the screens it is added to. So you just have to make sure the custom field is included in all the screens used by the above issue types and the projects applicable to.
