Hi @Elisée YAO

I can recommend you to enroll in to online courses related to Jira (created by Atlassian or its vendors). There are also several books on Amazon about Jira written by Atlassian experts (Patrick Li, for example).

We've created a sort of educational portal where we keep up-to-date links related to Jira (Atlassian courses, books, how-to blog posts, YouTube channels). Maybe it can help you.
