How to set Request Type when creating an issue via REST API

Hi eveyone,

I have a big problem with POST rest-api method for new Jira Issue... basically, I am always getting the error: "customfield_10402":"Customer Request Type field is required" even if I set value for it...I found a tons of links and tried everything, but cannot find correct value for that field...

I have tried by setting value as 'projectkey / nameOfRequestTypeField' and nothing happens, and most of the links that are connected to servicedesk are not working for me...1212.png


And if I set that field without jsd/ it gives me an error: "Invalid customer request value"... have no idea how to find correct value...
