I have 1 project that have 7 request types.
When a customer raises a certain request, I want it to be directly assign to the appropriate agent.
At the moment all the requests are assigned to the project lead and I then have to reassign to the different agents, which remove the all purpose this tool.
I also want to be able to set another agent depending on the status of the request.
