Possible to Add a Label Column to the All Open Queue View in JIRA Service Desk?

Hi all--

New to the product & the community, so help is appreciated.  Is there a way to add a column for Label to the All Open view when looking at issues?  It would be easier to categorize issues if I didn't have to open every ticket.

Hi Juli,

Yes you can! If you're a project admin, you should be able to go the "..." menu in the top right corner and edit the queue to modify the columns you want to display.
