Move Log Time modal around page

This would make logging time much easier if the Log Time modal moved around. It's always in the way.

Hi @Doug Raphael - it looks like that is a Tempo Timesheets screen you are showing. If your suggestion is specific to this screen you need to contact Tempo Timesheets support.
