Enjoyed a lot using unito's new workflow management tool

A lot of us use automation tools these days. I have been using the workflow tools from unito since last month and it was pretty awesome. It gives people the opportunity to work from their favorite tools with the help of two-way integrations.

Unito’s integrations have always created a layer of connectivity between all the tools where work is already happening in any organization, allowing work data to flow seamlessly across them. Now they have introduced a no-code, visual workflow designer that brings this control to every member of an organization.

So Today I just wanted to share an awesome tool, a Power-Up, a marketplace app, add-on. You might know Unito as an integration tool — for the past few years, they had enabled us to build deep, two-way connections between any tool like Trello, Jira, etc, and other work tools, like Bitbucket, Jira Server, Jira Cloud, Trello, etc.

In just a few clicks you can define any workflow on multiple tools like Trello, Jira, etc. This a simple tool that can help an individual to business to set rules to define exactly how and what information flows between them.

Unito has also integrated some popular tools within the tools available for a workflow like monday.com, ClickUp, Teamwork and many more will be added soon.

I'm one of the early access users who wants to highlight a few use cases for this new workflow tool that could be relevant to many of you.

  • Build multi-tool workflows to capture all steps in a cross-functional project.
Build rules that allow key project information to flow from tool to tool and stakeholder to stakeholder in real-time.
  • Build a product backlog workflow that allows users in Trello to submit requests to users in other work tools, like Jira, and track the progress on those requests without ever leaving their preferred tool.
  • Build a reporting workflow where key updates from multiple team members flow up to the same Trello board of a manager, so they’re always in the loop.

The goal of this new workflow offering is really to increase the visibility of work and empower users to align teams across tools — which is particularly hard when everyone is remote.
Last but no least Unito also offers a 14 days free trial. So if you’re curious about this Workflow tool that Unito offers visit HERE
