while transition the issue it throws an Error

hen user is trying to transition the issue it is asking for the "Field Production Support Sign-Off should be modified during this transition, but it is not present on the transition screen" we are using the JSU plugin and using validators it used to work before and some how it got broke and it doesnt work and i have totally forgot how it can be fixed the below yellow highlighted screenshot is the expected result. not sure where i am missing

Hello,

You should open the workflow, which is linked to this issue, find the Production Support Sign-Off transition, have a look, which screen is used for this transition, and add the Production Support field to this screen.

Could you please confirm the field Production Support Sign-Off is available on the transition screen.

As shown in the first screenshot that field itself is not available on the screen.
