ways to install userexporter

I download user-exporter v1.3.4 jar file  from here for my jira  v8.8.1 . when I upload and install it , it keep installing until the page expired . and when I refresh this page . nothing is installed .

does anyone install this ? am I in the correct way ? is there anything I need to take care ?

Dear @Mengmeng Yu ,

it could be:

• the reverse proxies http_post limit is smaller than the plugin
• the companies WEB proxy is doing some ugly filtering

I recommend to look inside the log files for more details. You could also try to upload the plugin with the marketplace or locate the plugin at any HTTP server and upload via URL instead of upload from local machine.
