How can I edit a dialog box that pops up after clicking on the question mark?
There's several places you could be talking about, is there a specific one?
In most cases though, the answer would be to change either a language file or a template file in the core
For example on the create issue screen after the issue type box there is a ? box there. I would like to edit with something different, could I?
