We are seeing the following error when creating new project, how we can fix this?

Hi @SaveMe by ZAKKI it is a temporary issue. Check in another browser. Make sure you are using correct url of jira. If you have secured jira url like https://jira.cuz.com then use https url not without s .

Check base url Of your jira instance use same for accessing jira.
