Hi,

I have a user who is looking to create something similar to a burndown chart without using Agile.

The premise is pretty much she has a filter for all the issues she cares about.

In that query, she would like to know how long it will take to resolve her open issues given how quickly she is resolving issues.

Does that make sense? If so - is there something in JIRA that does this? (Plugin or built-in).

She doesn't estimate how long it takes to complete tasks.

Is this possible?

There is no way to do this out of the box that I know of. Filters will only return issues, not any calculated values, so that does not really make sense as a route to pursue. I imagine this would be a fairly simple plugin to implement yourself, or to hire an Atlassian Expert to make for you: https://www.atlassian.com/resources/experts
