limit customer view for some issues

Hello, I created one project in jira software, which will share with our customer. And I also define two roles: General and Customer. Besides, two security levels are defined: public level for two roles and protected level only for General role. In project setting, protected level is default. Security level is hidden too. My question is: is it possible to automatically apply public level as customer creates issue?

You'll need a bit of code to put in a post-function to set the security level automatically.

I am new for JIRA. Could you please to give me more hint about 'post-function'? Or some reference?
