issue in hasSubtasks() - can I use this to return issues with GREATER THAN 5 bug subtasks?

I've been taked with getting a quality measure out of Jira to monitor our delivery team's performance.

What I want to identify is user stories with >5 bugs raised against them as subtasks. The following below is close....but the function doesn't seem to allow operators on the count parameter, so I'm still stuck.

issue in hasSubTasks (5, "Bug") and project = "MyProject"

Ultimately, I want to use this with the Jira API to feed into our BI system, to show a count of issues that meet this criteria by project, using the function described here:

https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-apis/jira-rest-apis/jira-rest-api-tutorials/jira-rest-api-example-query-issues

Not sure I'm going to be able to get what I want...
