if you accidentally deleted a jira from a project, how to restore it?

By "a jira from a project" I assume you mean "an issue from a project". A deleted issue is gone for good. Most folks advise against deleting issues (doing so can be explicitly disallowed in the Project Permissions); a better practice is to resolve such issues with a resolution of deleted, canceled, etc.

Welcome to the Community! You can only restore it, if you are in Jira Premium plan. In premium, there is the trash feature for deleted projects.

Just in case your Jira instance has the right plan in place, check if you can find your project by following the steps below:

To restore a project:

Choose > Projects.
Select Trash from the sidebar.
Find your company-managed project and select > Restore.

If this isn't possible I would recommend raising a support ticket with Atlassian to discuss the potential options as I'm not sure if you've already deleted the project that you can get it back by adding a service like that in hindsight.
