Can you share what you are doing and what outcome you are expecting? I don't think this is clear to the community.

"...restrict to taking back date" specifically is a bit vague for this forum - do you have a step by step list of actions we can use to follow along with you? Any pictures of your screens you can share?

i have created a start date and end date custom field, but the user have create there tickets in back date dont put the current date,

so how can i slove these issue

 please provide me a solution
