how can i attach images to jira from a cvs document?

When I fill in the formats in jira from the bulk cvs, the "attachments" tab does not appear. how can I bulk 20 different jiras with their respective attachments?

Are you using Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center?

How are you accessing the CSV import process? Are you a non-admin user of Jira only, or a Jira Administrator?

Hello Trudy, I use Jira Server and im non-admin. 

I just  importing issues from CVS and bulk them filling all the form. Can I bulk images this way?

Hello Andrea,

I think that importing attachments is an option available only to Jira Admins. I'm looking for confirmation on that now.

Are you using the built in importing capabilities or has a third party plugin been added to your system? Exactly what menus/options are you selecting to navigate to the import option?
