different resolutions for different issue types

Hi,

Is it possible to assign different resolutions to different issues types. I know if it possible to add and edit the resolutions but on the transition screen when someone is resolving an issue it would be good for the drop down to only contain the resolutions suitable for that issue type. For example a bug might have a different set of resolutions to a new feature.

It is possible to limit transitions on workflow screen using the workflow properties. Have a look at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Workflow+Properties.

In your case, you need to have different workflows for different issue types and then use this to limit the resolutions.
