capture Issue key from Issue Collector

I want to capture the Issue key when a user enters details to the issue collector form. When a user submits a feedback screen with Issue key appears is there a way to capture that?

WHere have you place this issue collector? Issue collector is used to generate new tickets (new issues). What exactly is that you want to accomplish?
