adding parameter to gadget

Nitzan Matzkevich February 9, 2021

Hello,

I'd like to use ETA as one of the parameters in a gadget on a dashboard, but it doesn't show in the list of parameter options.

Any ideas how I can add it? Is it possible?

Thanks.

@Nitzan Matzkevich

Not all gadgets support all fields so ETA most likely is not available on all gadgets.  For instance The Two-Dimensional gadget https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira064/adding-the-two-dimensional-filter-statistics-gadget-720416991.html has a note at the bottom of the documentation about custom fields.  If choosing a custom field, please note that the following types of custom fields are supported by this gadget out-of-the-box: 'Group picker', 'Multi select', 'User picker', 'Select list' and 'Version picker'.

ETA is considered "custom field?"

I actually want to use it in a two-dimensional gadget, so your answer is on the spot. I'm disappointed ETA I snot supported in this gadget.
