Why i can't assign and changes the status

Cant assign FAI Package to myself also changes status not appear. My name also not appear at User and roles. My roles should be same as my colleges as a administrator to able to change status and assign FAI to myself. FAI Issues.PNGFAI Issues 2.PNG

Is it that you want to be added as an administrator of the project? You could ask the administrators to help you with that. 

You Jira admin can use the 'permission helper' and check what roles are needed to you to perform the assignment and transitions.
