To whom it may concern,
We fairly recently (about a month ago) purchased the XRAY plugin to allow us to perform Test Case Management in JIRA. We're having difficulty adding attachments to test steps of a Test. As soon as we press the '+' button next to a test step we get the Communications Breakdown error seen below. This seems to have worked in the past as we do have test steps in our system that have attachments. Also attaching files to Test itself or any other issue type in JIRA works fine. It's only attaching images to a test step of a Test.

I went though the documentation looking for a setting someone might have accidentally checked to disable this functionality, but found nothing. What sort of things settings should I check to see if I can turn this functionality back on? Also if there are settings on the file system that would block this functionality, where should I start looking?
