Where have the comment links gone when importing from Bugzilla?

Bugzilla comments tend to be full of lines like:

"(In reply to Bob from comment #15)"

referring to comments within the same bug, and more complex ones which refer to comments on different bugs. Two crucial things here:

1. The comments are numbered
2. The "comment #xx" is a hyperlink

When we were importing to Jira these two things got lost, so there's no hyperlink and just text talking about comment 15 - but no way of telling which comment that is. The end result is lots of meaningless bugs.

Is there something that we did wrong?
