Hi @Fernando André

You could check where the field is coming from and what options are available. You'll need to be a Site Admin to do this:

  • Go to Jira Admin (cog in upper-right)
  • Select Issues > Custom Fields
  • Search for the "Team" field
  • Assuming it is a created custom field, click the Actions cog and select Configure
  • Select to edit the options if this is a specific set of options
  • You might need to view "context" for a specific project if there are more options in the field than in your specific project

If the field is "locked" it might be a custom field from an app - such as Portfolio, which has a Team field. You'd need to manage teams from within Portfolio to add or remove them.
