When a field value changes, want to create a confluence page

When a field value "Severity" updates in JSM, we want to create a new space in confluence with Jira field values.

Thanks for replying. We are on Data centre, we didnt have this action in DC. Any idea on how to achieve this in DC?

Hello, Good day. You can use the 
automation rule to create a page in Confluence when a value is changed.
